Internet gradually from the sole data transfer network to the data, the pronunciation, the picture and so on the multimedia information synthesis transmission network evolved. These different applications need to have different Qos (quality of service) to request, Qos passes the commonly used band width, when extends, when extends the vibration and the grouping loss rate weighs. Each kind of application rapidly is growing to the grade of service demand. IPTV, namely the strong interactive IP television, is one kind of collection Internet, multimedia, the communication, the content transmission and so on the many kinds of technologies to a body, provides including the digital direct seeding television to the family user the many kinds of interactive services brand-new technologyHow did this article guarantee QoS from the IPTV operational channel the performance to obtain, has done the corresponding research work, the main research work including affected IPTV the operational channel QoS performance some technical specifications for example: The encoding method, the system average failure rate, how does this target affect QoS, through to the above some targets analyses, how summarizes designs IPTV the system skeleton only then to be able to satisfy IPTV system QoS the performance design request.Moreover because I participated in the IPTV project deployment investigation and study, the system overall skeleton design, the QoS technology had guaranteed, summarized based on the above analysis and the research in the actual IPTV service deployed how in the environment realized the QoS guarantee, mainly elaborated IPTV from three stratification planes the service QoS guarantee implementation:First, based on IPTV operational channel Rolling the Stream system skeleton, how from the server end guaranteed the QoS performance and carries on the implementation;Second, how turns on based on the user implements and guarantees IPTV system QoS;Third, how implements and guarantees QoS based on the project network skeleton;Finally ,at present quite popular IPTV service to deploy the software RollingStream system the front technology has made the discussion.
