Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Middle Size Enterprises

As our economical revolution goes on, the SME market gradually mature, they need the economical and practical enterprise information system to improve their office efficiency. Meanwhile, various openSource techniques and products have sprung out. Faced with so much technology and products, it makes them difficult to make a choice to build their systems. In this paper, the main task is to design and realize an integration framework , and the implementation of the enterprise information system includes document management, schedule management, staff search function and so on.For domestic SMEs, there are some common features : a huge number of enterprises, but each with small scale, limited resources, no specialized IT personnel, and a limited number of IT personnel with multiple roles. They need software manufacturers to provide related services, but now mainstream commercial software is expensive, making them not to be able to afford the costs. OpenSource software is precisely to make up for this deficiency. On the one hand, Software manufacturers can provide an entire solution and good after-sales service; on the other hand, it is due to their own openSource software, so it is far cheaper than the price of the commercial software. Therefore, the openSource of commercial software packages will be more in favor of SMEs.The points this thesis wants to contribute lies in: Studying the Struts, Spring, Hibernate openSource framework, designing and realizing a practical application of the Rapid Development Framework (WebX).Designing and realizing the enterprise information system with the WebX framework.
