Service Delivery Platform (SDP) is an integrated system to support the value-added services, which enable the telecommunication operator to provide value-added service more quickly and flexible than before. As the SDP has integrated the entities of current support systems, the interface between the subsystems of SDP is comparatively more complex. So in this paper the author will aim at solve the problem of how to simplify the interfaces in SDP and build a good foundation for future extends.In this paper, the author firstly researched the framework of SDP, and analyzed the demand of EAI and EII in SDP. Then, according to the different features of interfaces in SDP, the EAI demand is mainly divided into two parts which can separately be implemented with MOM and Web Services. Afterwards, the author utilized the MOM technology and designed a subsystem for message transmission to fulfill the message transmission demands, the subsystem is consist of service-massage transmission module, data synchronization message transmission module and real-time bill message transmission module. This subsystem has effectively improve the stability and extensibility of SDP, still it provide the functions of load-balance, disaster-tolerance and priority-management. Subsequently, the Web Services technology is applied and a subsystem to provide Web Services, which consisted of three layers: logic layer, Portal layer and subscriber layer. This system can support subscribers to access the SDP in different ways, still it improve the availability of SDP to subscribers. Finally, the author researched the way of consistently access heterogeneous data source by combining the technologies of SilkRoute arithmetic and XQuery language, then, based on the features of SDP, the author designed an information integration system with two layers: national data access center and information integration system in every province's SDP. By using this system, we can access the information in SDP more flexible and rapidly, all these had improve the availability of the information in SDP.
