Through modify parameter we got guide line increase.3 By use of DT(drive test) and analysis of parameter, we find some interferences of the same frequency and the adjacent frequency ,and solve them.4 Carry on transaction to each bad Cell,we got lower bad cell rate.And put forward to project for unsettled bad cell.5 We Adjust a project for BTS of different manufactory and different LAC, rearrange different LAC.
