An application data mining technology are base on a data warehouse. It is a orient-subject, integrating conformance gather and come into being by processing data in cleanout, change, loading. It supports integrate, uniform, accurate data for data mining. The data warehouse saves account message from customers and relation data of competitions. Guizhou Telecom Customer Relationship Management System is based on the a CRM system of data warehouse.
