With the final oil market opening to the oversea petrol company, to compete with them, the domestic petrol company must face the problem of how to get the sale and storage information of final oil in the gas station in time, accurately, full-scale, cooperate the application of logistics management system, to decrease the repeat working, increase the management efficiency, reduce the system running cost. Gathering the information of the oil tank plays a most important role in grasping the sale and storage information of final oil. By monitor the information of level, temperature, gas thickness, the petrol company can get the information of selling stage of the gas station.At present, the instruments used in the gas station can't meet the requirement of domestic petrol company in the management of final oil selling information. The problem is that the function of instrument is singularity, which can only monitor one or two parameter; the adaptability of the instrument also can't meet the requirement of variable environment, it can't meet the distribute management of modern company; the instrument runs slowly, low precision, high price can't be used large-scale. In this paper, based in-depth studies on the AT91RM9200 embedded system software and hardware development, forward a design method of using Embedded systems in the field of gas station information monitoring. To 32 microprocessors and embedded real-time operating system combination, through TCP/IP agreement Embedded System Access to the Internet achieved through the Internet visited the industrial data of the cheap option. On the hardware side, this paper describes the design of a 32-bit ARM-based microprocessor AT91RM9200 hardware platform, embedded systems integration and remote monitoring needs, given the overall hardware design principles and methods. Software, in order to better and more effective management and development of system functions, the transplant Linux-2.6 kernel, httpd achieved by the combination of CGI and network servers, and gas station information management system on the ARM Application . Furthermore, in order to more effectively manage the process of filling stations operated collection of information generated tank, SQLite database transplanted to the ARM Embedded System, and network server with httpd complete information storage tank management and browse.Study results show that 32 microprocessor and RTOS integration to achieve multi-parameter monitoring tanks, Industry data on the Internet site visit is entirely feasible.
