| With the popularity of computer application, the modern enterprise management concepts become more and more important. There is no exception in publishing industry. At present, various publishers, including all large and medium-sized bookstores, books sell central and chain store, adopt management information system to deal with the daily affairs. The market has various book sale management systems, for example, "Yongyou", "Guangzhi", "Zhicheng", and so on. Although these software systems occupied a considerable part of the finance and sales market, "Guangzhi" includes press management system, they all have some deficiency. These systems primarily aim at books sales and financial management. Presently, there have not mature integrated press management systems yet. In addition, that a press uses a fixed management information system is not practical because of the actual situation. It is necessary to develop a flexible management information system.Based on our project named press digitization project of Hunan People's Publishing House (HNPPH), the paper has fully analyzed the operation flow of integrated publishing and then provided a feasible solution of press operation system. As a result, we developed a resource management system for the HNPPH. After one year's improvement and applying in the HNPPH, it shows that the development of the system is suceessful. It has improved the integrate management ability and economic efficience of the HNPPH. In details, the main work includes:(1) After the acquainting of the press's production and operation, have studied the correlation of the dataflow and operation flow. And then we have analyzed the processing flow of the system based on use-case-drived analyzing method.(2) Having implemented the design of system frame architecture and function module, and the design of database in details.(3) Having finished the whole development of the HNPPH system and it has been applied in the press formally after improvement.Ⅰ... |
