Since the late of 1990s, Internet has developed very fast. Now, it has become a main source of information. But how to gain the target information in a fast and convenient way has become a problem deserving to be solved urgently. Much information on the Web exists in the form of HTML.The characteristic of this kind of information datum is that information is separate and exists in a semi-structural form. Web information extract technology comes into being under such condition that information datum are shown in a structural form and can be gained in a universal way.With the popularization and wide use of the computer and web, the information constructions of internal basic education flourish and more and more teachers apply multimedia materials and courseware in their teaching and share these teaching resources on the Internet. With the emergence of so many teaching-resource webs, how can a teacher obtain these teaching resources? The purpose of this paper is to construct professional extract system of web teaching resources by using Web information extract technology so as to enable teachers and students to make better use of teaching resources on the Web.Here I will analyze Web information extract technology, technologies and methods of other previous systems. And I will improve the shortages of existing Web information extract, such as they all only extract the datum from one web page but in fact the target information may exist in many web pages. Moreover this paper refers to the structural change of web pages and how a system can adjust to this change according to existing extract rules. Then I construct an information extract system on teaching resources of basic education to extract and integrate information from these named websites.Last, I check this system and prove the effective application of this system through the comparison of feedback rate and extract rate of experimental datum.
