It is inevitable that intangible heritages are on the wane . Intangible heritages are getting more and more attention from study field because of their beyond retrieve. Archival work as a kind of public undertaking should pay more attention to traditional culture . This paper is going to discuss that we should do some work to protect the Chinese intangible heritages from archival work angle.With the development of modern technology , it is possible to protect intangible heritages . In accordance with the principle of archive and a series of governance, we can find a different way to give the intangible heritage collection, codification ,classification and conservation for protection .Intangible heritage archives are not only to provide cultural evidence for people of somewhere , but also to conserve relevant data for study .
