Along with the rapid development of the mobile Internet and electronic commerce, various business mobile applications and business information are making users besieged, the traditional user pulling method to get information which is not only time wasting, but also increasing the server pressure, reducing the processing efficiency, is no longer applicable. Server push is an effective solution to this problem. While today’s push service still has some deficiency. First, nowadays push service is more an advertising system than a personalized service. The server is always delivering same message to all users, majority of those are not interested in these information. It may turn out to be spam, brought to the users with certain disturbed and reduced user experience.Therefore, this article designed an instant push method based on the user preference and geographical location information, which is using the tag system to describe user preference, and establish a comprehensive weighted tag model according to the tags’ weight calculation and reassignment to analyze user preferences. Then it completed the combination of the tag and resources, and the bidirectional mapping between the geographical position and resources, constructed personalized push model based on user preferences and the geographical position.At the same time, we implemented the model at an Android OS based intelligent mobile phone platform wireless information sharing system called "Rendezvous", using XMPP protocol for system message pushing communication, and did a detailed test to the system function. The push method this paper puts forward improves users’ satisfaction and enhances the user experience.This method which has a lower level coupling factor with "Rendezvous" system, is a general method. After simple processing and optimization, it can provide a set of application program interface, applied to all kinds of mobile information sharing application. And the demand analysis, structure design and test scheme of the "Rendezvous" system is a set of completed process, which can be used as a reference for standard procedures in other system development.
