We described the research of vibration testing system based on DSP. To test vibration and noise during electric machinery's working,as DSP the core in the design of hardware and software, as the background of the"the tenth five years'plan"aviation research task, we have a research of testing electric machinery's vibration and noise by the measurement of vibration.This is a vibration testing system with DSP as the core, measure the value of noise during electric machinery's working, and gain value of acceleration, velocity and displacement at the same time. Vibration signal of the testing object is switched to electric signal as input signal by piezoelectric sensor in this system, collected and controlled by DSP. After processed in software, result will be shown on LCD or output through RS232.As the beginning of testing theory– vibration measurement of this system, we described system consisting, hardware design, software design etc. Emphasized mostly on the design and development of DSP, digital filter design and frequency analysis in software. Proved the feasibility of our testing measurement by testing data.
