The Application Of MES System In Enterprise Logistics Based On The Technology Of RFID And Wireless

More and more manufacture enterprises begin to focus on the detail procedure's control of manufacture and implement the Lean Production and Six sigma theory. Information technology is one of the most important tools to realize the manufacture management aim. MES is becoming hot.MES is just at the beginning phase in China. Manufacture enterprises have less experience on how to build MES and the key technology of MES. Now most MES implemented in China focused on the manufacture procedures. The total logistic flow of material is not included in these MES systems. So there exist gaps between ERP and MES. Enterprise could not get the exact number of materials and logistic information in real time to make decision quickly.Under the background of MES implement in a real manufacture enterprise, this thesis focuses on how to implement the logistic management in MES and how to use the RFID and wireless technology to help enterprise to get the manufacture and logistic data in real time and improve the efficiency of manufacture and logistic procedures. In this thesis we also introduced the concept of MES and the main functions of MES system, the benefit of MES and the basic concept of RFID technology. The last of this thesis were the screens of real system.
