The Research And Design Of Women Health Care Information Interactive Based On XML/HL7

With the rapid development and the increasingly needs of national commonality sanitation information system construction, the women health care management information system as an important part of national commonality sanitation information system have been brought into national sanitation department . As a very important part, the female population is 60 percent of the whole population in our country. For the particularity of women's body construction and psychology, and for the variety and complexity of management content, we need to establish an information system to satisfy the special requirement of women health care. We can use this information system to carry the modern and technical management. The paper focused on the establishment of women health care and emphasized in researching the problem of information interactive. The study aimed to advance technical management of women health care, to have the medical resource could be share and communication in real-time, to provide the practical basis of disease prevent, population management and policy constitute. First, the paper investigates and analyzed the operation status of women health care management of Women Health Care Institute in one area. We expound the current insufficiency of traditional management by handwork, and put forward to establish the women health care management information system in the WEB environment. Second, the paper introduces the O-O (object-oriented) thinking and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analysis the system and the procedure of modeling. In particular, the system use cases were described, dynamic model and static model were analyzed and compared the consistency of system models and the requirements were validated. Third, we chose HL7 (Health Level Seven) and XML as the key technology to build the middleware platform. The middleware can connect the background isomerous data source with foreground medical business user by XML+HL7 technology, with foreground common user with XML+ADO technology slitless.The research of establishing the women health care management information system will increase the work efficiency, level of control and information application of Women Health Care Institute observably. It will build the stability for public health care information system and the research findings can be applied to similar medical business information system.
