Study On The System Of Building Automation Based On LonWorks Technology

The building automation system(BAS) is a key part of the Intelligent building(IB). "The automation isolated island" is very easy to be engendered in the traditional building automation system, because the close communication protocols are widely used.The LonWorks bus is one of the most popular field bus techniques, and it has been popular used for its strong opening, compatibility, agility and manipulation. It is abroad applied to the procedure control, energy management, environmental monitoring, fire alarm, heating and airiness, air-condition control, traffic control automation etc. LonWorks network protocol has become the standard and of many organizing and industry.This paper introduces the basic concepts of intelligent building and building automation system, and introduce the main feature of LonWorks technology, and analyses the feasibility of applying LonWorks technology to IB and brings forward a designing scheme of BAS based on LonWorks. In this scheme, The whole BAS is taken as a Lon-network, and node which has some intelligent functions, such as alarm information auto-detecting, telephone auto-dialing and voice-calling, as well as the control of electromagnetism door. During the node designing of LonWorks control network, a plan of double CPU was posed by adding a non-Neuron chip, and DS18B20 temperature measurement by the plan is designed and test it.Last it is researched on the BAS integration based on the XML/Web Services sysyem.
