Motor speed adjusting develops with power electronics and microprocessor control technology development. Power semiconductor devices and electronic capacitors are the core of the power electronics technology. In the main circuit of PWM motor's the WVF, vector-control, Direct Torque Control Technology, the power electronic capacitors are one of the key components. Moreover, as the inverter technology development. The requirement of capacitors is increasingly higher. Metallized film capacitors possess the advantage of both small dielectric loss and self-healing nature. In the high-frequency, high-voltage environment it has a good anti-pulse capability, and has good prospects of replacing electrolytic capacitors.Ⅵare electronic measurement technology and computer technology with the deep-seated, with good prospects for development of a new-style of electronic equipment they are more common in the formation and function of the change in equipment and technical performance is more flexible, and is more economic than traditional devices, is better able to adapt to the rapid development of modem science and technology on the measurement technology and measurement instruments constantly updated and the expansion of functionality and performance requirements. The PC revolution has equipped users with powerful processing and display capabilities of their own. The computer can enhance instrument functionality in any of the three areas-data acquisition, analysis, and presentation.Ⅵchanged the ideas of traditional instrument and made full use of the powerful resources of computer. It is a new-style instrument that combines the technologies of electronic measurement with signal processing, computer and network.The research background and significance ofⅥare introduced in this dissertation firstly including the research status ofⅥin China and foreign countries. Then, the general technologies of electronic component are summarized including the structure of transducer, the classification of transducer and the circuit diagram of transducer, which established the framework of transducer. Afterwards, the data-acquisition system is discussed detailedly as well as the studying of the data-acquisition card CS 82G. In this dissertation, a new-style fast virtual oscillograph was designed with the use of VC++6.0 programming tool based on a fast data-acquisition card, CS 82G and universal PC platform. VC ++ technology of object-oriented programming design characteristics is applied to construct a virtual oscilloscope, it is very appropriate, This will give the paper explained. Every module is designed in detail including data-acquisition module, GUI module and waveform display module. Besides, the result of design and experiments is put forward and some key technologies of software are discussed in this chapter. In the end, some existing problems are pointed out as well as the summary work.
