With the development of network technology, traditional Web servicediscovery technology based on UDDI without enough semantic informationhas low precision and lacks inference capability and is more and moreincapable to meet the needs of supply. How to discover the exact WebService has been the bottleneck to the wide application of Web Service.Ontology is a rising branch of artificial intelligence. It can providepowerful supporting to semantic Web and Web service. With the greatgrowth of research in ontology technology in recent years, there appearsmany ontology modeling languages and modeling methods which arevaluable, and the application of ontology is become the pop research today.P2P technology is a distributed construction based on Peer-to-peernetwork. There are comparability, otherness and complementary betweenp2p and Web services, and it will be a more effective web service solutionthat establishing web service on the p2p construction. It is an advancedscientific research by combine p2p technology and web service technology.This paper discusses the web technology, web service technology, andp2p technology, propose the web service publish and discovery model, andillustrate the work process by instance. This model uses two layers, The first level is Peer-Peer connection way, in which the routing mechanismguarantees the connection smoothly, and it also support the systemextension effectively; the second level is central connection way, in whichthe Peer connect to the corresponding Broker directly, it make themanagement and maintenance conveniently, and also improve the searchefficiency of the system.By introducing the concept of ontology, this paper proposes the webservice search mechanism of two levels based on ontology. The mechanisminclude the match algorithm of domain and web service discoveryalgorithm(WSDA). In this paper, we describe the web service by usingowl-s, improve the semantic matching technology based on geometrydistance, map the concept relation figure to the database, so they make thealgorithm include the capability of computing and comparing the similardegree of two web service conveniently, and enhancing the search speed.Finally, we develop an apply system by using VB and SQL Servicetechnology, and the feasibility and availability of the algorithm are verifiedby experiments. The test indicate that the algorithm not only can computethe similar degree of the same semantic but different name concept, butalso can compare the semantic similar degree of couple concept accurately.
