The performance inspection is the performance manages a most important link, therefore the establishment of the bank performance inspection system plays the count for much role in the human resources management.This paper introduced the research and design of bank performance Inspection system,in which includes the system architecture, functions, some important technique and implement methods. This system uses three-hierarchy design pattern based on B/S, and ties up the code to divide user interface from service logic, which makes the system easier to be maintained. The page event model provided by ASP.NET, solves the problem of a great deal data input from client. ADO.NET technique is used in data accessing layer that makes the database access more efficient and improves share degree of data. The system also adopts some techniques such as CrystalReport and Excel generation chart dynamic in server site. Finally, Using the Developer/2000 rapid ADK, realizes batch data processing module of backstage , and provides the function of automatically downloaded and backup performance inspection data .
