One main problem existing in installing girder both in peacetime emergency saving and wartime rash repairing is that there is only assembly and bridge blueprints but no practical teaching materials or realia for installing training, nor work steps for the instruction of executing bridge installing. Therefore, it is natural for the working men to think up the installing steps relying on their subjective imagination which leads to wrong and disordered job by dissipating abundant manpower, material, and money with no pledge of right, safe and fast installing in daily installing drilling and rash repairing exercises. There is a cry for a set of installing simulation system for bridge to solve the problems for the sake of training professional repairing teams and wartime railage kilter.This thesis introduced the present situation and foreground of Virtual Reality techniques, applying Virtual Reality techniques to installing simulation system for bridge. This paper discussed the rationale of installing simulation system for bridge in the first place, analyzed the feasible implementing ways for installing simulation system for bridge, and introduced the overall system structure and technical ways of realizing it. Finally, the developmental flat roof for the system, the realization ways for every main function and the functions of an installing simulation system for bridge such as dialog box interface, system toolbar and system menu were also recommended in the last part.SolidWorks and C++ were adopted to realize installing simulation system for bridge which can realize the verisimilar installing of bridge assembly with well expansibility. With the research fruit of installing system, the training will become convenient, simple with lower training cost of railway repairmen. The training effects are greatly enhanced and the applications will be expanded. |
