To the best use the Green Card Network and Integrated Network Wiring,reduce the expenses of wiring resource,improve the exchange rate funds' utilization rate and Promote the Post integrated network application process in the, the writer propose two solutions,the "Multiplexing technology" and the "Two networks isolation technology", which make the Green card signals isolate from the Electronic exchange rate signal by using PVC(or Tunnel) and Virtual Routing Technology.This is one of possible way to lower costs of Electronic Remittance Network Investment.Easpecially OSPF technology is the critical one in this Network Engineering.To transfer the data packet effectively and safely from the initial site to the destination, we should choose one optimal transfer route,that is Optimal Routing Algorithm.However the OSPF is the Core Technology that we have to choose in Large network at present,so the writer will reserch and discuss the OSPFs detail in this paper and give the solution for implementation of OSPF including the specific Algorithm to reduce the Routing Table count which have already got a effective results.Though the research of Routing Algorithms,Feasibility Algorithm proposed and implemented,this paper will show us the Electronic Remittance System how to become the most reliable and Effective project in the same industry.
