The task is studying on performance testing system of fanner by using of computer. This system adopts high precise sensor, PCI BUS structure data collecting card and Visual Basic and Visual C # language, which can automatically collect many parameters of fanner at the same time and account corresponding flux, efficiency, axes power, full voltage and protract curve of full voltage, efficiency, axes power changing with flux according to test results. This system can print performance curve and measuring data report forms. At the same time, depending on teaching need, we developed a virtual experiment system of fanner's performance testing by virtual reality technology.In the testing system of thesis we spell out the hardware structure and experiment project of the system, the processes of the software development and code of major functions. The test system is mainly composed of five sections, which are basic parameter input module, experiment data collect module, data processing and analysis module, performance plot module and experiment table printing module. Had been field tested, it proved that the system is efficient and convenient in operation.In the virtual experiment system, we focused on the system structure and key technologies of virtual experiment, including three-dimensional modeling, virtual environment and animation etc. In addition, further researches have been carried out on the technology of interaction. On this basis ,by the use of virtual reality modeling language VRML, combining with WEB and programming language JavaScript, we set up a virtual interactive environment for experiment, fulfill the user's interactive appeal to the virtual experiment. It has advanced capability, practicability and so on. It makes up the insufficiency of the experiment curricula in both network and real-education, and has a certain extent utility value.
