Traditional double transform UPS(that is AC/DC and DC/AC transform) is not efficient and unable to utilize power sufficiently, moreover it heats excessively, so the equipment is high trouble; As well as the online interactable UPS exists some disadvantage which the precision of output voltage is not high and is short of adjusting. A kind of new technology which arisens in the domain of electricity power compensation is studied in the paper, which is Delta transform technology. UPS based on this technology made in American APC company is analyzed, since it leads to some disadvantage which is low real time and difficult to whole digital control based on CMOS chip., the research on single-phase Delta UPS based on DSP is put forward. The kind of UPS run rapiditly real time , has good functions and is prone to carry out whole digital control. The technology is proved to be efficient through theory anlysis and experiment research, and it also make up some defect which today's Delta UPS is difficult to carry out whole digital control with commonly COMS chip, so the kind of UPS has some engineening practical value. What the paper did is:(1) The work mechanism of Delta convertor and main convertor and the compensation of the fluctuation of voltage, current and harmonious are all studied deeply.(2) The instruction signal check mode of two convertors and the control plan of the two convertor are studied , analyzed and simulated.(3) The simulation mode of the system is constructed and sumulated.(4) The hardware and software are designed and the single-phase sampler is designed and tested research fully. The project put forward is proved to be correct and feasibale through the whole system is simulated and tested researchfully.
