Electrochemical Machining (ECM) has already become the indispensable key craft in the domestic and international aircraft industry, War industry production. It also has the widespread application in goods for civilian processing, such as mining machinery, mold manufacture and so on But the Electrochemical machining accuracy is low. it is difficult to meet the modern industry to their demands higher and higher in precision. The research practice that the high-frequency pulse ECM indicates in recent years, the High-frequency Pulse Electrochemical Machining can improve machining accuracy and surface quality effectively, and the higher frequency is, the narrower the pulse width is, the better its processing result is. The research of High-frequency Pulse Power Supply will be the key to promoting the electrolytic process technology to develop forward.According to relative project, assimilate and use the experience of many research institute of power supply of domestic, considered synthetically the parameter of the power output such questions of various fields as the efficiency, output power, volume of the power, cost. etc. This power supply model has selected the scheme of full bridge inversion for outputting. The scheme of full bridge inversion can solve the problem of electric current capacity lacking, and that can obtain higher output frequency.The DC part of the Power supply adopt the SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) in charge of rectification, this scheme omit the copper, iron loss, improve the efficiency of the power and reduce the volume and weight of the power supply. Through designing the suitable feedback circuit realizes the voltage adjusted automatically, guarantee to output the stability of voltage, and the circuit is simple, work steadily.The inversion part use the high-frequency voltage transformer designed and make by oneself, and choose power MOSFET as the main power switch device to manage turning DC into AC, through designing suitable snubber circuit weaken the voltage concussion, reduce the waveform distortion and shaking. A fast protect circuit have been design. The experiment has proved the inversion device works steadily, the output waveform is good. and win the higher output frequency and certain capacity of electric current of output.A series of electrochemical mechanical polishing tests using the power supply model was carried out, the result of the test has proved the high-frequency pulse power helps to improve the surface quality processed, the improvement of pulse frequency, the narrowing of pulse width helps to improve the machining accuracy, it also verify the feasibility of the scheme of a power at the same time.
