The Data Collection And Compiles Design Of Mobile Network Management

With the constant deepening of system reform of China Telecomunication, the competition between telecommunication operators is becoming fiercer. Consequently, Chinese operators of mobile telecommunications have established large-scale telecommunication networks in succession. However, following the unceasing increase in variety and quantity of network equipments, the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the overall telecommunication network is becoming more and more complicated. Although manufacturers have also adopt the respective technology , the proper motion managing an agreement to have developed special field network administrator system, can not resolve having no way that problem such as unable intercommunication of administration information , function data form diversity leads to since every firm network agreement is not mutually compatible, to administrative unified telecommunication network basic request.For this reason, this thesis is based on the design specification of TMN, in accordance with ITU-TM.3000 and the series proposal of ETSI-GSM12, with reference to CHINAUNICOM network management standardization and has designed and realized the management subsystem of performance data of mobile and comprehensive network management.NPM (Network Performance Management) system proceeds with performance data of the switch, adopts the sniffer with the technology of slide window, checks in turn the operation and maintenance centers of multi-manufacturers (OMC), and decides on the performance data preparations. It utilizes the collecting program and scheduler (Invoker Process), transfers the performance data from the OMC data base interface or file interface to the unanalyzed data base. Afterwards, it informs the Daemon sniffer of data processing, combines the disposition data of service snap, collaboratively processes, gathers and inputs to performance utilization base the performance data of multi-manufacturers, both on the NE level and the service level. Hence reporting and processing the comprehensive performance data from multi-manufactures, ensuring completeness, punctuality and accuracy of the performance data.This thesis takes Sun Solaris8 UNIX as the systematic platform, Oracle9i Database are core data base platform, has finished the research, design and realization of the module to gather and process NPM systematic data, by using SQL embedded Perl programming language, and withdrawal and guarantees the Web report forms of comprehensive performance data of multi-manufacturers.The subject of this thesis has undergone a trial operation in the comprehensive network management project of CHINAUNICOM, has met the basic requirement of the operators to administer the performance data of the multi-manufacturers and submit ministerial report, and has reached the project standard of initial trial.
