| The past ten years have witnessed the fast development of Chinese mobile communication. We acquired tremendous achievement both in user quantity and develop speed, and the telecommunication technology advanced rapidly. The telecommunication products change with each passing day, so the operator cries for the managements of more complicated network and service in the dynamic market and competition. This demands that the telecommunication operation support system apply the modern information technology production to express the added needs in enterprise's scope.As one part of operation support system, the core value of the network management system is to promote work efficiency. As the operations grow more complex, the network management system should implement standard and serialized automation to improve efficiency. On the other hand, NMS should pursue simplification of complex work.Bureau data are kernel and basic data of network equipments and foundation of normal equipments operation and the foundation of the connection of signalling and call. The integrity and accuracy of the bureau data is very important and the regulation of the bureau data will be very significant. The data standardization and centralization are one of most important parts to ensure the entire network and service. Based on current BureuaData system this thesis analyzed the actual requirements and business processes of current network data gathering and design and implement the data gathering module.First, this thesis discusses the background and problems faced by of the data gathering module and introduced the challenge and opportunities of current telecommunications industry and analyzed the system's business processes. Further analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of the system and shows system requirements in detail in the form of flow chat and use-case graph. On the basis of the requirement analysis, we discussed architecture design. According to the former requirements of the system we brought forward objectives and principles, and then divided architecture design into system technology design and function framework. Technical architecture of the system demands of system scalability, maintainability and performance. Then in the logical structure discussion, we analyzed the original three-layer model of bureau data management system to determine which layer of the system we would put our module in.Secondly, we implemented the program design of data gathering module. According to the requirement analysis for functional and non-functional requirements, we described the design of each sub-module. In the system modeling, in order to fully understand the design of data gathering module of current bureau data system, we generally introduced the electronic operation support system in telecommunications industry, and analyzed the role and position of data gathering module in it. In the detailed design, focusing on task scheduling we described in flow chart.Finally, we present the application of the data gathering module and conduct an conclusion of the system design and implementation, and some prospect of bureau data management system and suggestions for improvement. |
