Piezoelectricity driver is a kind of mechanical driver by using piezoelectricity object inversion effect. Piezoelectricity object has advantage of quickly reaction, high precision and anti-interference etc, thus the resulting driver and control equipment are simple and fast reaction. The piezoelectricity driver and control equipment that have been developed so far are supersonic motor, precision actuator etc, and are successful applied in many fields such as national defense, biological medical science and photoelectron.The purpose of our research work is to develop a piezoelectricity ceramic power supply that applies to the piezoelectricity ink-jet printer, design a set of complete high voltage pulse power supply to output required pulse in the effective time of synchronous. This pulse can be programmed according to the control software. User can set waveform parameter according to actual needs.The Switch-to-Rail driver circuit is constituted by upper power switch and lower power switch. The load of the circuit is placed between the node which is the junction of upper power switch and lower power switch and ground. The upper rail supply the high voltage DC power supply to driver circuit, and the lower rail is the circuit common (ground). The fire pulse output is switched to the upper rail during the fire pulse and to the lower rail at all other times.The main content of the research work includes:1. The design of piezoelectricity ceramic driver power supply. It includes control circuit, linear amplifier circuit, switch-to-rail driver circuit and D/A circuit etc.2. The programming of control software design. It includes the control program of chip and the man-machine communication interface etc.3. The experiment verification and the analysis of experiment result.The designed piezoelectricity ceramic power supply will satisfy following electrical parameters: ●The range of voltage amplitude: 60 V-120 V (user can calibrate it)●The adjust step of voltage amplitude: 1V●The rising time of pulse output: 1.0us-3.0us●The falling time of pulse output: 1.0us-3.0us●The adjust step of rising and falling time: 0.1us...
