Construction And Realization Of The Results Analysis Information System

As the era of knowledge economy is coming, our country's higher education is facing lots of challenges. It is an important project for teaching staff to develop and improve the quality of higher education continually .The examination is a chief means in colleges and universities for searching the students' study condition , judging the teaching effect and guaranteeing the teaching standards. The examination scores are materials at first-hand ,which not only reflect the teaching and learning effect adequately, but also provide important decision basis for students work, enrollment work, teaching research and reform.Actually, the results analysis information system is a subsystem of university's academic management system ; the results analysis information system consists of results analysis subsystem and information feedback subsystem . Therefore, when operating the results analysis information system, the operator must excavate the results information and use the information feedback as a whole .Strong theory foundation and technique research are essential for analyzing results efficiently. After summarizing the basic theories, this thesis puts forward two results analysis techniques: the preprocessing technique for results data and the normality inspecting technique for results.Simple and practical software should be programmed to work out long tots of results analysis. In this article, the results analysis software takes the advantages of Excel which is good at counting and function. This software can complete standardized analysis of results, quality analysis of courses results and normality analysis of results , etc. The software is also easy and practical to use.To get the results feedback from subsystem, the thesis gives a way of utilizing the structure of subsystem to analyze the information flow. Otherwise, the thesis discusses the issues of results analysis, information feedback and utilization by powerful examples.
