The key of information consists in its data accuracy and consistency on time,however, the traditional database can guarantee data correctness absolutely, but cannot guarantee data consistency on time. Aiming at the shortcoming of traditionaldatabase, a kind of new database technology -Embedded Real-Time Database is putforward through reading a great deal of literature and analyzing feasibility. Its designstill adopts three-level architecture which includes user pattern, logic pattern andstorage pattern. While designing, we concern the system real-time performance,overhead time, system performance, dependability and foreseeablility more. Basedupon above-mentioned, data pattern and physics structure are designed emphatically.A kind of data index structure is adopted that is called after T* tree to improve datastorage efficiency. At the same time RT-linux is taken as operate system platform foradvancing system real-time performance. Embedded Real-Time Database andRT-linux are combined organically to obtain seamless integration commendably.
