Electromagnetic shielding is a measure to validate the rationality of EMC design and the quality of electron equipment, and uses ANSYS electromagnetic analysis can scientifically evaluate the electron equipment whether fulfils the criterion or standard of EMC in fore-and-aft design. The cabinet of electromagnetic shielding has two parts: magnetic-shield in the low-frequency and electromagnetic shielding in the high- frequency. T he structure design and material development are the primary measures to improve electromagnetic shielding efficiency by using ANSYS electromagnetic environment to analyze. In the low-frequency, material and earthing are primary factor. The paper uses electroless deposition Ni-Fe-B alloy electromagnetic shielding coating that is added the rare earth elements, and we investigate the electromagnetic shielding capability of Ni-Fe-B alloy through the change of electromagnetic frequency, the thickness of material by ANSYS analysis and the add rare earth elements in normalcy and salt fog, it shows Ni-Fe-B alloy not noly has a good electromagnetic shielding capability, but also has a superior corrosive capability. In the high-frequency, as electromagnetic frequency enhances, the kind and thickness of material have become the subordinate factor. The paper uses ANSYS analysis to study the influence which the hole area and the gap dimension to the electromagnetism leakage in order to increase heat dissipation as well as decrease the weight, the bulk, the cost of the cabinet as far as possible and solve the problem of EMC.The paper hopes to weigh the advantages and disadvantages in the cabinet design of electromagnetic shielding, and use logical and optimal cost-effective-ratio measurement to satisfy EMC of the electron equipment cabinet design.
