With the development of the modern science and technology, the electronic technology has been used widely in ship-building field, while the electronic installation and the electron electrical equipment become more and more popular with the amount of information exchange growing by numerical expression and the inevitably to the energy electromagnetic radiation environment. The electromagnetic radiation produces the harm mainly in the following three aspects: First, the electromagnetic radiation energy has the possibility to have the bad influence to other equipments, or even cause serious harm thus EMI (electromagnetic interference, listed EMI); Secondly, electromagnetic radiation is worsen the humankind survival environment; Finally, the electromagnetic radiation is easy to form the electromagnetic radiation leakage.Previous studies have mostly concentrated in the field of radiation hazards. Through extensive survey found that the low-frequency ("100KHz) the magnetic field harm is especially serious. In order to reduce low frequency magnetic radiation, Magnetic shielding materials is a low-frequency magnetic field decreases the interference is very effective measure beyond the ration structure with reasonable resettlement components.The paper takes the micro-motor as the physical model to establish the mathematical model. Concentrated on the magnetic field distribution in space, a finite element model was made using ANSYS software for grid to simulate the electrical field distribution around the motor, and compare it with the actual measurement data. Comparing the magnetic field distribution of different shielding materials, different thickness and different pore structure, we conclude that when in low frequency the shielding effectiveness is better with the higher magnetic conductivity and the thicker tube wall, so the material with higher magnetic conductivity such as soft iron, silicon steel, Singapore Mo alloys was always used. When in high frequency, the relative ferromagnetic materials magnetic conductivity increased with the frequency declined, and the reflection loss of the Shielding materials decreased with increased frequency. Therefore, the high-conductivity materials such as copper, aluminum are always used for the shielding of high frequency electromagnetic field.Comparing the predicted data with the actual measured data, a conclude can be made that this model is of well accuracy and can be used for directing the choosing of the shielding material and structure.
