With computers and the wide application of the Internet, the demand such as the computer can handle the volume of natural language text of unprecedented growth, Massive information for text mining, information extraction, multi-language information processing, human-computer interaction applications rapidly growth, natural language processing affect our lives a lot.In Competency modeling process, we need to coding a lot of records of interview manual, This is not only waste of time but also consume manual , we will use syntax analysis, keyword extraction, The relevant knowledge of Semantic to find a reliable way for intelligent coding in Competency modeling process.In this article,i use my case in the project which i have participated and in some degree,to certificate my case.
