The core task of the human resources field is to select the right people to work in the right positions.The traditional method is to make manual judgments on the competence of employees through experienced human resources workers with prior knowledge.This way of working,with the continuous rise of online recruitment in recent years,is facing the favorable challenge of a rapidly increasing number of demands.At the same time,such work methods also have problems such as inconsistent evaluation standards,and the prior knowledge of human resource workers cannot cover all professional fields.With the rapid development of computer science and big data technology,the use of computers for human resources-related work has gradually become possible,which can have the effect of saving labor costs and improving work efficiency.This article attempts to use computer technology to achieve competence analysis tasks in the field of human resources.At the same time,given that there are many mature research in person-job fit field,there is no further expansion in this direction.To accomplish this goal,this paper first proposes a competency model that includes 78 categories of competences in three broad categories.This model has a wider coverage than traditional models and can be applied to all industries and positions.At the same time,this model also has a considerable degree of scalability and has a long service life cycle.Subsequently,this paper proposes a new competency analysis model,which uses techniques such as feature extraction and multi-label classification.It can process and analyze natural language texts such as recruitment information,and obtain the analysis results that it has or requires competence.Through experiments,the validity of the competency model and the competency analysis model are verified in this paper.Finally,a competency analysis system is developed in this article.While displaying the analysis results of this article,it provides an interactive entry for competency analysis.The work done in this article has been put into trial by relevant companies and accepted by the market.
