With the rapid development of logistics industry, competitions are becomingincreasingly fierce. It becomes more and more difficult that logistics enterprises retainthe customers and profits relying solely on product itself, so logistics management modeneed shift from "the product-centric" to "the customer-centric".Although lots of logistics industry realized the necessity of "the customer-centric",the constraint of information technology made it a good wish. Mass data accumulated inlogistics industry are hard to shift into useful knowledge. Without these hidden andunknown information, it’s difficult to predict the trend and identify the true customermarket, further influence customer satisfaction and restrict the development of logisticsindustry.Based on this situation, this paper deeply studied Logistics Customer RelationshipManagement, data mining on decision tree classification, neural network andassociation rules. I designed four application models which are potential customers’discovery model, existing customer’s value development, customer classification modeland lose customer early warning model for Logistics Customer RelationshipManagement System with ID3algorithm, BP neural networks and association rulesmining. With concrete example, this paper made a comparative study of the decisiontress classification and neural networks classification. This paper analyzed theeconomics meaning of the different models and came to a conclusion that using modelsis better choice and use which kind of model depends on the resource of enterprise.
