Sight-stabilizing action control system, which is composed of operation mechanism andcontrol system, is an important subordinate system loaded by a helicopter. The capability ofthe system is influenced seriously by the characteristic of manipulator machine in kinematicsand dynamics. The control system, as the main part of the firepower control system, is thedirect agencybetweenmanandweaponsystem. Sight-stabilizingactioncontrol system whichhas high power and good qualities can ensure the good efficiency of the helicopter's weaponin doing battle. The characteristics in kinematics and dynamics of operation mechanism havebeen studied in detail, and the conditions of software and hardware in acquiring andprocessingdata,aswellastherelevantapplicationprogramshavebeendeveloped.A dynamics modeling and analysis for sight-stabilizing action system is made on thebase of the multi-rigid body system theory and Lagrange's equations. The simulation on thedynamics characteristic parameters of the system is made bythe use of Matlab, which greatlyproves the correctness of thedynamics model. Theresearch canprovidereliablebasis forthereasonabledesignofthestructuralparametersofthesight-stabilizingsystem.The corresponding relationship between the output signal by sight-stabilizing actioncontrol system and angular displacement of operation rob is an important criteria evaluatingthe operation performance of the system. According to the requirement of testing techniques,the relationship being tested in the different time is used to estimate if the design satisfies therequirement.In the Sight-stabilizing action control system, the value of the angular displacementproduced by a set of precision tool is transmitted to the potentiometer, after that, two voltagesignals are made and transmitted to the subsequently adjustment and amplificatory circuit,then,disposedandoutputted. ThedesignofadataacquisitionandprocessingsystembasedonUniversal Serial Bus (USB) is introduced in this paper. The character of the design is that thesystem processing two data signals ensures the reliable real-time response in communicatingwith PC. It has been proved that the equipment can be widely used in the field ofmeasure-controlprojectscrediblyandsteadily.
