| Mobile Intelligent Network (MIN) is one kinds of Communication Network, which can implement new services fleetly, effectively, economically and expediently. From the old ShenZhouXing service to the new Mobile Zone service and the Color Ring service, the increment service that based on MIN, not only provide flexible choice and brand-new experience for the users, but also bring considerable income to the network operators and the equipment providers. Along with the fast development of Mobile Communication Network, users have more and more request on variety of mobile services, and mobile network operators, standardization organizers and equipment providers pay more and more attention to the development of MIN.CAMEL is the standard of MIN framed by ETSI. Along with 3G times arrival, the existing CAMEL version can't control the architecture which separates bear from control effectively, and has too many problems to deal with the increase services. As new generation of MIN, CAMEL4 adapts to the 3G technical character, and can satisfy the marketable requirement well. Nowadays, the research of CAMEL4 protocol becomes one of the most popular subjects in communication domain.The billing function of softswitch system is not the concept in normal. The task of softswitch billing system is recording user's communication information in detail, collecting the charging data during the call, and forming these contents into Call Detail Record (CDR). The function of billing system carries out by CDR in form. The CDR is the exhaustive record that constituted by user's call info, charging data and billing parameters. Although CDR isn't the embodiment of user's calling expense, as the source of final call record, collecting and making CDR play an important role in the benefit and development of mobile network operators. The CDR exerts an influence on the efficiency of the hole billing system directly, and indirectly indicates the status of user services offered by communication corporations.The issuance of the CAMEL4, especially the Calling Party Handling(CPH) character, is an importance improvement on CAMEL protocol system. It breaks the traditional calling model in communications domain, and puts forward some new concepts such as call segment and call segment association, and design and frame some new operations such as MoveLeg and SplitLeg. The CPH character in CAMEL4 protocol enhances call control function in traditional Circuit Switched domain, supports adding new call party to existing call, and has the multiple call party handling capability that can create the new call independent of existing call. The application of all these concepts and operations advance a new subject in intelligent business CDR collecting. The mechanism of softswitch billing system in being can not satisfy the requirement based on the CPH character, and it must add new billing collecting point, and make new mechanism of intelligent business CDR collecting, which aim to fit the CPH character in CAMEL4 protocol.In this paper, the analysis of the CPH character in CAMEL4 is mainly based on two main technical specification: 3GPP TS 23078 and 3GPP TS 29078, and the research of CDR is mainly based on 3GPP TS 32205,3GPP TS 32240 and 3GPP TS 32250. Combining all the analysis with the softswitch billing system in current, it brings forward the design of collecting intelligent business CDR that based on CPH character.To understand CPH character, the crucial method is to get to the bottom of the concepts of Leg, CS, and CSA, and to make clear the five correlative operations like MoveLeg and SplitLeg. It should grip the aspects of elementary function, protocol analysis, operation flow and etc, in order to unscramble CPH character. Realizing CPH character based on existing system, the operations should be flexible according with protocols, on the other side, current system functions should be taken into account. In this paper, the first step is analyzing the capability of current system, and then combining CPH character with the existing intelligent modules to design the integer project. After building the data structure and decomposing the CPH operations flow, it shows the realization of CPH character in software module level.The keystone of the technology, which used to implement the intelligent business CDR collecting based on CPH character, are improving theintelligent business charging mechanism taking in existing softswitch system. The improvement includes changing record format and adding new billing points. Changing existing record format and adding new format, that the chief source is 3GPP TS 32250, can answer the new concepts in CPH, such as CS, CSA and so on, to make up the existing format and satisfy the CPH operations'requirement. The plan realizing the CPH integrates with intelligent business charging function in being that makes it certain to add new billing points. Adding new billing points is aim to make new CDR collecting mechanism can catch the CPH operations charging related, MoveLeg for example, and adapt to operate the CPHs. The intelligent business CDR in CAMEL4 is split into two parts: Camel Leg event record and CS main record in the new solution. The former records the charging date for outgoing leg. And the latter records all the charging information during the whole call for a call segment and the charging date for incoming leg. CS main record is independent of Camel Leg event records created in the same call segment. It can combine the two parts into an intact intelligent business CDR by special field in both of them.Specialized, after set forth the main subject, it designs and explains the intelligent multiparty conference service based on the CPH character in CAMEL4, and shows the process of intelligent business CDR collecting and the final record according to the service. By dint of service depicting, flow chart design, and real CDR noting, this paragraph is arranged to instantiate the subject of this paper, and produce esthetic impression to understand the subject easier.In the last of the paper, there introduces the aim, the condition, and the method of the test. Although we can't show the final testing results due to test condition, equipment and the like, the scheme mentioned in this paper has passed the China Telecom entering network qualification test. The implementation version based on this scheme has set up a business experimental point in Inner Mongolia, and has planed to be the main commercial product in the end of 2007. Thus it can be seen that our scheme is successful and effective in both side of testing result and commercial value.The CPH character in CAMEL4 digs the potential of MIN adequately,meets the develop trend of mobile communication network perfectly, and is suitable for the mushroom requirement of user service in 3G times. Nowadays, it can realize the new increment service farthest by using the CPH. The new intelligent business CDR collecting method based on the CPH character can adapt to all the CPH operations absolutely, that safeguard the CPH application. It can believe that, by right of the cooperation, the CPH character in CAMEL4 and the new intelligent business CDR collecting method will make huge success in the third generation of mobile communications domain. |
