Pumps are widely used in sectors of national economies, pump for the designers and the user, concerns other than the pump hydraulic performance, but also concerns about its axial and radial force size. Because of the axial and radial force in size, this is whether the reliable operation of the pump is the key. If the axial or radial force is too big, the pump will suffer a grievous consequence. Therefore, how to solve the problem of axial and radial force has an important significance to the safe operation of the pump.In this subject the literature of the pump of axial force reviewed. Describes the pump shaft axial force generated by the pump shaft-related causes and the axial force the development of domestic and international tests.The principle, structure and software programs of the calibration system of axial force were described in detail. Four-arm differential bridge, basic Application of AD620 and data acquisition card were described. In the process, the calibration system of axial force used gain adjustable multi-channel data acquisition system was tested. Software described by Matlab PC software for data acquisition circuit and the host computer communication, and explains how to collect storage, display and processing the received data.For the calibration of the pump to the axial force measuring ring proposed static and dynamic characteristics of the method to describe its performance. Analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of the main parameters to axial force measuring ring of the pump, and by Matlab on the testing of characteristics of the system, the system has been static and dynamic characteristics of the main parameters.In this paper, there are methods and procedures to static calibration and dynamic calibration of axial force measuring ring. Design and production of calibration device suitable for calibration of the axial force measuring ring, and axial force measuring ring is given calibration curve and the corresponding fitting curve. The calibration of axial force measuring ring of the pump is the foundation for the field test.
