With the popularity and development of Internet network, the network function requirement to all kinds of network science instruments or industry controlling equipment is more and more higher. It is required that science instruments or industry controlled equipment must support the protocol of TCP/IP so that they can transmit scene data to internet server by network, at the same time the controlling message can also be transmitted to industrial measurement and controlling instruments realizing long-distance measurement and controlling.This paper has used ripe network structure for reference,and from here discusses the process of distributed seismometer networking step by step and analyses existing network structure, network capability and idea of network programming by using network simulation software. The idea of resolving existing problem is presented。The content of this paper is simplely distributed to several parts.1. Fetching in conception of relaying network structure, it puts forward the whole plan of distributed seismometer network.2. Base on considering network,it has choosed one operating system which has a great network function and powerful real-time. It also puts forward self-adaptive feedback machine-made so that it can communicate with the host powerfully.3. Fetching in the network simulation software of NS-2,it designs controlling routing machine-made of network simulation based on the special relaying network structure of the distributed seismometer4. It has presented several important parameters affecting simulation results, and analyses them one by one. The referenced value is proved by a great deal of examination datas. In fact by simulation it has quantificationally computed and analysed in detail several parameters presented network function which are Delay, Jitter, Package drop rate and the Throughput. In the practical situation it establishes referenced gist by increasing collection station and chooses right simulation parameters and presents the conclusion.The design has presented the whole plan of the distributed seismometer network. The simulation of existing network structure has been done and the problem when increasing thecollection stations has been presented. But there are still several problems need to be improved, such as1.The phenomenon of dropping package caused by the process of increasing collection stations, the strategy of transmit packages need to be improved.2.The speed of 3M/s having been realized can't satisfy the plenty of data transmitting of distributed seismometer. It need to be improved in the conditions of existing hardware.
