The Design And Implementtation Of University Student Information Management System

The informationization of school management is the main trend of the development of current school teaching. After entering 21st century, network informationization has played an important role in our study and life, and is changing traditional information management activities greatly, fostering more the networking, intemationlization and individualization of school teaching. The university student information management system is the typical information management system. With the data bank technology and computer technology, based on the deep analysis of the school information management function demand and service demand, it will realize the network management of the whole process of university in formation management and guarantee the high efficiency and standard of the university information management quality.This article has deeply analyzed the background of system exploitation and the development conditions of internal and external campus digital managerial information system, and the demand of the university student information management service and the network work, and detailed depicts the principal problem that the system needs to solve, design strategy and implementation details. The main contains of this thesis as follows:A typical work process for university student management information system is concluded on the basis of the features of university student management and student management information flow. According to the work process, we analyzed the functions of the system.Based on user requirement analysis we can obtain the problems which system needs to solve. And then, we give the resolve projects. Through comparing the technologies of current website development and combining the features of the problems, we decided to use B/S architecture based on ASP.Net technology. At the same time, we use Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as data persistence and migration tool.Because of the length of the thesis, we only described the technology implementation of representative function modules. Particularly, we introduced the detail design of student grades analysis system. Through analyzing students' every course grades by using decision trees ID3 algorithm, we can achieve determinant attributes, and constitute appropriate regulations, and forecast more appropriate speciality, and help student taking elective course.The university student management information system which we designed has rational and integrated function. This system effectively advanced the quality and work efficiency of the university student management. The application of the system has promoted the quality of university student management and hailed by teachers, students and managers.
