| With the rapid development of society, higher education is in the continuing popularity. A lot of students is a big challenge to school. For example, the increasing borrowing rates of certain resources makes the work of the manager more and more difficulty and the error rate is high. In order to solve this problem, strengthen management is one side, while taking the information technology on resources management is for another. In line with this goal, this paper analyzes and designs a system---Sanming College Education and College of Music special clothing management system aimed at solving the problem that traditional management can’t tackle.This paper first introduces the research background of Sanming College Education and College of Music special clothing management system and the current research and application about it. In this context, this paper clearly point to what work we have done to information clothing management system. This paper is divided into four parts:business analysis, functional analysis, data analysis, summary and outlook. In business analysis section, Original system problems、organization、existing business processes are analyzed and then an improved business processes is presented, then the advantages and disadvantages of both is compared; in functional analysis, this paper points clearly the system function, gives the system’s overall function and sub-function package diagram, including basic information management, purchase, storage, inventory, loan, return, inquiries, system management sub-package diagram, package diagram of each function is analyzed and described by the user cases,which makes the results more intuitive; in the data analysis, the paper analyzed the data built for the system and the entity class diagram(ER diagram) and then the table structure of the database is constructed; Finally, the paper summarized the work of research and analysis, and further work is prospected. |
