Purpose that developments business enterprise MIS be, pass to buildup information, workflow with manage, attain the in formation to share, then increase the work efficiency with produce the performance, and increase the business enterprise's management level.SID is the in general frame of the establishing shared information model that is put forward in the NGOSS. SID describes the share information model in two points, and one is from the diagram (the business object entity definition) and the other is the diagram (imply the UML model of the object attribute and the relation definition). A good shared information data model is the key in OSS.This text does some research on prepayment metering management information model based on Oracle. It includes as follows: the information model's requirement analysis, modeling about database, coding by PL/SQL and establishing the backup project and so on.
