The System Design Of Image Collecting And Transmitting Based On WorldFip

The design method of the new the image collecting and transmission system is described in this paper, by studying MC68HC12 , and the working process and transmission mechanism of the WorldFIP fieldbus.This system imported WorldFIP fieldbus to replacing the ISA and PCI bus, overcomed the disadvantage of dearly bus, and must join back management cell by using ISA and PCI. The collecting speed and the real time of the system are improved by increasing CPLD to control the image collecting process in this system.The contents of paper contains the design of the hardware circuit,the development of the programe and the research of the fieldbus communication mechanism. In the part of the hardware circuit design, the structure of the circuit and the principle of the system are described in detail. In the part of the software circuit design, the whole working process of the image collecting is described in detail. At last, the physics of the system hardware is tested in this paper.The present develop level of the image collecting system, the meaning of the image collecting and transmission system based fieldbus is also described.
