With rapid development of the world economic, manufacturing is becoming more digital, flexible, artificial, integrity, agility and networked. Networked manufacturing has been a lead trend for the development of modern manufacturing. The paper analyses the problem in existence and actuality of share of enterprise resource and knowledge integration in current networked manufacturing environment. A number of shortcomings proposed include: knowledge is not shared and consistency, machines cannot understand meanings of knowledge correctly because of imprecise semantic description for knowledge, it is impossible to realize automatic and intelligent process of knowledge and so on.The paper combines Semantic Web technology with networked manufacturing in order to integrate and share manufacturing resource sufficiently and implement cooperation and interaction among enterprise groups. The main subject of the paper analyses and study how to express and integrate manufacturing knowledge by means of Semantic Web technology in networked manufacturing environment for reuse and share of manufacturing knowledge. It presents an infrastructure of the knowledge integration for networked manufacturing based on Semantic Web. It implements integration of enterprise resource at semantic and knowledge level and provides a method of integration of enterprise ontology.We analyse and study how to model enterprise by ontology for implementing this infrastructure very well, and then we presents the main framework of core ontology for manufacturing and an axiom set of the core ontology based on SWRL. At the same time, the paper studies the principal part of the core ontology including time, activity and state in detail and implements it on Semantic Web. As well as it defines and expresses the set of time relation well and implements it on Semantic Web making use of SWRL. After that, we utilize the core ontology to implement resource ontology based on semantic web. At last, it provides the algorithm of semantic retrieve that includes concept retrieve, instances retrieve and relation retrieve.Finally, we take protégé 2000 and JBuilder 2005 as development environment to implement platform of the knowledge integration for networked manufacturing based on Semantic Web. It uses Jena and Racer tools to implement knowledge retrieve andreasoning function. Its infrastructure is applied to non-ferrous metal industry, and it is reliable and steady in practice.
