This text based on its application in cleaning, has analysed the characteristics and operation application principle and composition of water jet, analysed the failure mechanism of the micro-sturcture, at the same time, used such theories as the basic hydromechanical equation, etc., studied the mechanism of high-pressure water jet more deeply. Have drawn some technical parameters of cleaning by using high-pressure high-pressure water jet, have offered the theoretical foundation for studying of characteristic,distance of the target,spray nozzle structure of the high-pressure water jet which used in cleaning. Use the FLUENT sofeware to do the numerical simulation analysis of the nozzle structure, and got the best nozzle structure which using in the pipeline cleaning.A kind of new type project on the pipeline cleaning robot by using the high-pressure water jet is put forward on the basis of summarizing the traditional pipeline robot and the real condition. In this paper, the author present a kind of better scheme after analyzing and comparing the scheme on the pipeline cleaning robot at first, then design the structure of the cleaning robot according to this scheme and carry through the research on the stepped-characteristic of the robot, put forward the method that make the robot can keep operating steadily .At the same time, build the three-dimensional entity's modeling of the structure of the robot using Solidworks software and complete the dynamic simulation of the movement state in the distortion position of the pipeline using dynamic simulate software COSMOS/Motion, so the correctness of the design is proven.Finally the author studys the security protection measures of the pipeline cleaning robot system by using the high-pressure water jet. And give out the basis security scheme of the cleaning system on the condiction of high-pressure and lay a solid foundation for the realizing the robot-system of pipeline cleaning.
