Improvement And Demonstration Of DPF

This paper mainly makes a research about DPF (development process framework) when it applies software enhancement and software maintenance project. Then the problems are picked out when DPF applies in the project M. These problems are analyzed and the paper gets its solution. Finally it proves the effect of theoretic and practical about the solution.First, it picks out some problems according that DPF applies in project M. In software enhancement project, it will cause delayed decisions in the TAD development. Then it analyzes the influence of these delayed decisions from people resource, risk management and cost control. In software maintenance project, it will cause a highly failing rate when we try to merge different versions. Then it analyzes the influences of this highly failing rate from version control and risk management.Then the paper tries to solve the two problems and gives its solution. We try to solve the delayed problem in technical analysis design. It gives the solution that we should set the development analysis design between technical analysis design and development. We also try to solve the problem when DPF applies for software maintenance development. It gives the solution that we should set the Change tracking document and improve the success rate of merge task. Then it introduces the detail design model of document analysis design and Change tracking document. In the end, it shows some template examples that use in the M project release.Finally, we analyze the effect of development analysis design and change tracking. For theoretical aspect, it gives detailed and quantitative analysis for development analysis design from people resource, risk management and cost control. Then it analyzes the actual effect when we use the development analysis design document in the project M.
