The Monitoring And Serving Platform For Hangzhou Example Network Of The Yangtze Delta Region's 3 Terabit Network

3 Terabit network, as our nation's new creating high performance and broad band information network, is a network under experiments.It is different from current tradition network in its framwork and the main services it provides.The stability of its constructor equipments, its performance and the ability to support new services need to be tested by experiments.What the thesis elaborates is a network monitoring and serving platform that asists to finish large-scale concurrency experiments of the 3Tnet in Zhejiang University.The platform is designed to use the framwork of network management with Web interface.This thesis introduce the framwork first,and then discuss the design and implemention of the two parts of the platform separately,the network monitor informatin's gathering and the Web publishment of gathered informaton.In the information gathering part.we discuss in detail using lots of network management methods to gather and analyse the traffic of the 3Tnet,the status of all equipments of the 3Tnet and the online users' information.The thesis analyse and modify the code of MRTG to make it support relation database as its history record as well as draw the curve png diagram.It discusses and implements a polling based method to detect the status of the equipments.The thesis elaborate a method that use Telnet automatic to gather the information that has not been managed by SNMP and we use this method to monitor the online user information of 3Tnet.The serve subsystem for the test experiments,as the front-end user interface, is in charge of publishing the 3Tnet network monitored information and providing tech support for the large-scale experiment.The thesis elaborate the funcitons that the subsystem provides.It analyses and solve the time synchronous problem of the experiment control and concurrent problem of sending the experiment stage codes.it also implement online TV and design and implement the message publication module.In the end,the thesis summarize the work the platform finished and the innovative points and next possible improvements.The content of the thesis is involved with the technology of network management and Web system construction.The finished platform plays the role of tech support for the 3Tnet construction and experiment in ZJU.It has become an important platform where the users of 3Tnet find useful infromation about 3Tnet in ZJU...
