Along with the development of information technology, computer software is applied in many fields of the country economy, and is related with us tightly. So the software quality arrest our attention. It becomes an obsolute truth that the software quality is the life of the software enterprise, and so we should improve the software quality. Metrics and measurement methods give us an approach of understanding and control software quality. The quality viewopinion based on process consider that software quality is according to the development process criterion.On the point of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and application based on FMEA, research work in the thesis focus on:Introduce and analyse several normal software development process models, and select software test process for evaluation as an emphasis.Form a software quality quantitative evaluation method, by combining fuzzy theory with FMEA method. Build a suitable software process quality evaluation model, in spite of many complex fators. A fuzzy synthetic evaluation of software process based FMEA is brought forward. The mothod steps and the software process fuzzy synthetic evaluation method are explained detailedly for software quality assurance and software quality evaluation.The application is also introduced, which is apply FMEA to find out factors affecting software quality, and measure the quality of software test period with fuzzy synthetic evalution method, consequently put forward approaches for improving software quality.
