Xuzhou Engineering Machinery Group, Southeast University, Tsinghua University have taken charge of the project of Intelligentized Engineering Machinery Group, of which is National 863 High Tech Plan (2001AA422013). Based on the background, the structure of WD500 stabilized combined mixer monitor system and spcial characteristics of the regulatory object are analyzed, then the hardware and control algorithm are decided corresponded to the request of the construction. The finally task in the thesis is to design the software by using KingView6.5.The main and creative work has been completed in the dissertation are as follows:1. Be acquainted with the device structure and the key function of the whole control system and find out the facility work order of the vital links in the system.2. The specific characteristics of the regulatory object are analyzed and one suitable control algorithm based on the model-deviation compensation control algorithm is decided.3. The hardware structure of the control system is analyzed, then the hardware design is classified into three parts, that are: calculation module, communication module and the experiment and design of the circuit. Next, the corresponding workflow is worked out on the demand of the construction and the operational principle of every part is expounded.4. The industrial control board is decided on the demand of the precision of the construction and the amount of the analog variable and digital quantity of the control system. After this, an experiment with the off-the-peg control board is made, and a specific application circuit board for this control system is designed.5. The peculiarity of the KingView6.5 which will be used in the software design is exposed, and the proprietary software for this control system is designed by KingView6.5.6. The procedure for the software designing which can be classified into five modules that are logging module, system configuration module, formulation management module, workflow module and reports management module is analyzed. Then the whole running procedure of the control system can be seen on the computer screen in the motion picture.7. Finally, the simulated experiment that authenticates the accuracy and the feasibility of the system is made in the lab.
