Studies On The Editing And Communicating Of The Photo-image Resources Databases

As far as the field of information communication in the 21st century, the arrival of Reading Picture Times reflects that the photo-image as a symbol of information communication gains unprecedented vitality. And the arrival of the Information Age shows that information processing technologies, media communication technologies, including computer technology, internet technology become more important and develop increasingly. Accordingly, the studies on how to make good use of internet means for communicating photo-image resources effectively in internet environment become a hot issue in the current art-communication academic world.From the standpoint of art and communication, the paper studies the content editing and communicating format of the photo-image resources database, which takes the internet as the channel, and the database system as a platform. It is divided grossly into four parts. And three ways concerning how to realize it are referred to. Three ways are onepattern for communicating freely, one pattern for academic research and another for profitable intermediary. In the last part, the relationship between editing and communicating of the database is summed in theory. Meanwhile, it also mentioned some problems about the application of this kind of database, such as law problem, ethical problems. In the end the development prospect and necklace are explained well.
