The Breakdown Diagnose System About Vehicle Based On CAN-BUS

The analysis of the automobile breakdown diagnosis system and automobile breakdown diagnostic instruments is presented the situation at home-and-abroad in this paper, and the necessity to design breakdown diagnosis system which based on the CAN-BUS is discussed. By adopting 16/32 bit RISC processor S3C2410A which was promoted by Samsung Corporation, a novel, hand-hold portable, operation simple, versatility strong, embedded automobile ECU (automobile electrically controlled unit) the breakdown diagnosis device is designed. Cooperating with operating system Microsoft Windows CE which has an advantage of multi-threaded and multi-duties and timeliness and forestalls completely type priority, furthermore, using MCP2510 single network protocol controller supporting CAN V2.0B technology specification, the design of the software and hardware of this portable device for diagnosing automobile based on the CAN-BUS breakdown is completed, which can be used to intelligence diagnosis to the function of major part vehicle type electrically controlled unit.Firstly, the paper elaborated in detail to the CAN-BUS technology standard, the protocol standard and the frame structure; take the CAN protocol as the core, proposed overall project design of automobile breakdown diagnosis system portable terminal device; realized hardware design to automobile breakdown diagnostic equipment based on the S3C2410A; meanwhile, analyzed and elabored various functions unit principle of design, the hardware connection, the actuation and the agreement in the hardware; then the paper had given the system software realization process; Finally, had gived the construction experiment plan, and carried out parts of test data on the appraisal in the design and the debugging process and used the test system to evaluate this test data.The breakdown diagnostic equipment which bodied in this paper from design to realize has the artistic man-machine contact surface and the filing system, regardless of theoretical and in the practical application, this system all has the strong sophistication...
