The Design And Research On Chaoyang Normal College Campus Network

To seek better development every university and college needs to have its own campus network as an important basic facilities on the age of information today.Building an economical and practicalcampus network with advanced technology and reliable running is guaranteed to improve the education management level of colleges under the new circumstance.This paper centers on the theme on designing and building the campus network of Chao Yang Normal College.This paper introduces the necessity and importance of building a campus network, researches on the ways and principle of building campus network with prsenting an example of Chao Yang Normal College campus network (CYNC-NET), by analysing and researching on current LAN(Local Area Network) techniques,campus network design and network interconnection etc.The author researched the current status of campus network of the college,masterminded and participated the requirement analysis and designing of system function,planning and reasoning of the solution,and also gave some useful comments and suggestions on selection of the model of network equipment, determination of the network operationg system and planning, verification and building of the technical plan of total network .On this base,according to some normal rules and basic norms and the practical of CYNC network ,she put forword an available solution of CYNC Building.Meanwhile, she researched and probed into some aspects of building network,such as designing of campus network highspeed backbone,subnetwork designing,campus network interconnection,selection way of user interconnection and campus network information service etc.and gave some principles and methods.In term of an advanced studies of graduation and working, this paper summarizes the theory and practice based on her experiences of all kinds of projects and researching result. The designing result and solution ,which had been proved ,were available and the parts have been used in the project.
