With the booming development of Internet, CERNET passed her childhood, growing up gradually. Now she is stepping to her mature age, she combined research, manage and application functions with her. Because a lot of manage and applications are used in campus network, the security of campus network becomes more and more important .The security of campus network is discussed in the paper, a really plan of how to resolve the security problems in educational management information system of the center of TAIZHOU Career Education is designed.There are four chapters in this paper. Firstly, the background, the history and dominant security problems about Internet and Intranet are introduced. In second chapter, for the features of the campus network security, some popular techniques of firewall are discussed. Some security problems that maybe exist are analyzed one by one, some resolve methods are put forward. In chapter three, the progress trend of MIS, Intranet based architecture of MIS, ways of how to enhance the reliability and reduce the vulnerability are given. In last chapter, a resolve method is rising for a campus network management utility what named as Management Information System of the center of TAIZHOU Career Education . Some special problems such as security of management server, security of database and the transfer of user's password are analyzed and worked out. Three layer database oriented authorization plan by user-password grading, Browser/Server based one time password (OTP) with timestamp and IP address binding, client side heart-beat detect method against TCP session stealing are implemented.And know how to use Real-time Antivirus Technique and Active Kernel Technique to anti computer virus.
